Bournemouth council briefed us to supply a confident, engaging, pro-active promo team to promote a new initiative called Getting About. Which encourages the public to use alternative forms of transport in the area.
How we did it
We supplied a team leader to oversee a team of 4 brand ambassadors. Working directly with the client, the main objective was to target families and local people to communicate the key messages from the 'Getting About' campaign. It was key that this engagement was natural, and in no way intrusive or 'preachy'. So the personality of each staff member was key. Working with Wave 105 Live, our team distributed promotional wristbands to some of the 5,000 strong crowd heading to the live concert that evening. Taking advantage of the large footfall, to increase awareness of the initiative.
