To supply 35 promo staff at every home game, to encourage sales of the 50/50 Lotto and official match day programmes.
How We Did It
Our challenge was to find promo staff with the ability not only to sell, but promote The Saints Foundation & Southampton Football Club. We booked a core team of experienced promo staff who had the personalities to approach, engage and sell to the target audience. We monitored the sales throughout the season, and briefed all staff on the 'Southampton Way' - which is a philosophy that runs throughout the club and adheres to the Southampton brand. In all we are required to provide 700 staffing days across the football season.
