Brief

We were briefed to put together a promotional team to represent Skylanders on a mini festival tour. All the staff had to be CRB checked, and great with kids. A keen interest in technology and gaming was essential too. Our team would be visiting Camp Bestival and The Lollibop festival, which both attract a family audience.

How we did it

We drew up a shortlist of suitable staff using our sophisticated database to find staff with the required skillset. We then held a casting at our clients offices, where the core Skylanders team were assembled. This included an experienced Event Manager, and 4x core Brand Ambassadors. Our team worked for 4 days at Camp Bestival first, encouraging kids and families to play Skylanders Swapforce. Despite long hours, and scorching temperatures our team remained full of energy and  enthusiasm. The same team worked on the 3 day Lollibop Festival in London, and again brought a great energy and element of fun to the stand. Attracting kids and families to get involved, and delivering key brand messages.
